The battle for the iPhone name has taken a break in the USA, with Apple and Cisco releasing a joint statement in which they say they're delaying legal action to allow for discussions between the companies.

New Nokia N-Gage games

Nokia plans to release a new version of its N-Gage gaming software - this time without any associated mobile phone - at next month's Games Developers Conference in San Francisco, according to reports on PocketGamer.co.uk and Mobile Entertainment. The N-Gage games will run on Nokia smartphones and N-series handsets; a new N-Gage device seems unlikely at the moment. Watch out for an announcement when GDC opens on 5th March.
