Indian police watching for Al-Qaeda picture message

Police in the Indian city of Kanpur have said that anyone with an Al-Qaeda picture message on their mobile phone will be arrested and charged with sedition. There are apparently two one-minute video clips being passed between mobile phone users; both show alleged Al-Qaeda activity.
