Mobile phone base stations can fly

A new commercial agreement could see giant airships known as "stratellites" carrying mobile phone and data traffic in the future. The stratellites would fly at an altitude of around 13 miles (65,000 feet), offering the type of two-way data traffic that higher-flying satellites are unable to provide.
