O2 and T-Mobile considering 3G link-up

Following Vodafone's network-sharing agreement with Orange (and Ofcom's reminder about 3G coverage), O2 has said that it's looking at network sharing as well. It has previously held discussions with T-Mobile, but ended them because of regulatory concerns.
