i purchased a phone from carphone warehouse and in the deal was given 3 months free insurance.
i did not need this as i have alredy got a policy with barclays bank for cover but as the offer was free i simply accepted it.
now i am being billed for monthly cover i never wanted in the first place.
i have contacted lifeline insurance on a premium rate to make sure i am no longer billed but havebeen told to phone again when i have read the contract i was given when i took out the phone contract. nowhere does it mention anything about me having to cancel any insurance.
all i want to do id to no longer be billed from lifeline insurance
